All commercial transactions, quotations, and business relationships are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of this website:

• —The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice.
• —If not resolved amicably, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), with the seat of arbitration in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
• —The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
• —Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
• —For consumer disputes, consumers retain the right to approach the Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
• —Subject to the above, the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
